    The Top 10 Workout Songs For February.  

    The idea behind Run Hundred is pretty simple:  

    I write about music for Shape and Men's Journal.  

    Twice a week, I send a list of new, workout songs to Run Hundred subscribers.

    Folks can listen to samples and vote for their favorites.

    And, once a month, I tally the votes and post a list of the top ten songs.
