"I had created a lot of situations & wrong people into my life and I was more than happy to blame others but what this group and you too, Denise have done, has shown me that I now take full responsibility for my own creations and contributions.

I take, & I now know I don't have to be needy to find someone's attention.

I found my self-respect, & this gives me courage to keep working through my boundaries & other areas I know I still have work to do & that's ok.
