 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. To protect the safety, learning effectiveness and comfort of the students, HANKidz and Swimin12 reserves the rights to stop any students in certain activity as they deemed fit. 
2. Whilst all necessary precaution has been taken to ensure that the students are safe, HANKidz, Swimin12 nor the coaches cannot guarantee nor be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries, accidents or losses to the student during the course of the workshop in the training premises. I agree to hold HANKidz, Swimin12 and all its coaches, employees and volunteers harmless on the same. 
3. I grant to HANKidz, Swimin12, the representatives and employees the right to take photographs of my child and/or my family and/or me and I authorize HANKidz, Swimin12, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that HANKidz and Swimin12 may use such photograph of my child and/or my family and/or me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and webcontent. 
4. Seat is secured based on first come first serve basis. 
5. Fees are payable in advance to HANKidz Academy prior to the starting date of the workshop.
6. The early bird period will end on 15th May 2019. 
7. No refund would be given should a person cancelled, withdrawn from, or missed the workshop. However, the fees can be transferred and used in any other workshops under HANKidz in six months time. After six months, the fees will be forfeited.
8. The workshop includes Archery Tag as part of the program activities. I hereby agree and accept the Terms and Conditions of Archery Tag.
